Well, we have survived the ice storm. Lost our power for about 15 hours on Friday ONLY. Although, after it being out for about 10 hours, we had to get out of our house. Ryan and Evan had cabin fever big time! Thankfully Eric's parents had heat and power, so we headed there for the night.
All in all, we were some of the lucky ones. Most of the towns around us - Groton included - did not have school again today, and some were already saying they weren't going to have it again tomorrow.
We hope that everyone else has weathered this storm as well as we did, and for those of you still without power, we hope that it is restored very quickly!
